A chatbot with sentiment analysis, intent detection, speech to text and text to speech, built during my internship at Sampark Softwares.

This was my first voice-adjacent project. I built a sentiment analysis model for a support chatbot with NLP and Node.js, with intent and context analysis, and deployed it as a REST API so other products could call it.

I also built the speech recognition and text-to-speech interface in React. The sentiment model reached 90% accuracy.
