Multi-agent calendar scheduler
A scheduling system where agents read email, check Google Calendar, resolve conflicts and learn from feedback.
Scheduling meetings by email is mostly negotiation. This system parses a request from an email or an API call, pulls out the intent, dates, times and attendees, and acts on Google Calendar: schedule, reschedule or cancel.
Separate agents handle scheduling, rescheduling and conflict resolution, orchestrated with Ray so they run concurrently. When two events collide, the conflict agent proposes alternative slots.
User feedback is logged and used to adjust later decisions. The backend is FastAPI with SQLite, GPT-4 does the entity extraction, and a React and Material UI front end shows meetings, conflicts and feedback.
