An interview platform that ran more than 25,000 interviews in over 55 languages, with proctoring and behavioural analysis, built at GoodSpace AI.
I led the development of a low-latency, multilingual AI interviewer. It completed more than 25,000 interviews in over 55 languages, with proctoring, audio and video transcription and behavioural analysis, at response times under 100 ms.
Early on I fine-tuned a Llama 3 8B model for the interviewer, which cut latency by 40%, and I ran the build and release pipeline on Azure DevOps.
